Daniella Watters’ new single ‘Never Will Die’ (produced and co-written by yours truly) is now on rotation on MTV USA... who knew MTV still played music?

Daniella Watters just released the video for her new single ‘Never Will Die’, which I had the pleasure of co-writing and producing.
The track has received positive positive reviews, including ‘The Magic Room Project’, who called the song “a musical masterpiece"... why thank you Magic Room Project!

Hosting the 2014 MEDIA SUMMIT
I've been asked to host the Arts Council’s 2014 MEDIA SUMMIT at the Living Arts Centre.
The council will be awarding the selected artists with $1000 towards their submitted projects. The event takes place August 25th, 2014.

2014 Marty Award Win
I'm happy to share that I was named EMERGING NEW MEDIA ARTIST OF THE YEAR at last night’s MARTY awards.
I'm very thankful to the Arts Council for their ongoing support. Last night's ceremony marked the 20th anniversary of the Marty awards.

National TV debut for ‘Live At Hart’
Me and Shyann recently filmed a live-in-studio performance at Toronto’s Hart House.
The film will be released as a video series, staring with “Home”, premiering on OMNI TV on June 1st on V-MIX TV. More details to follow!

Summer shows and festival dates
It's gonna be a busy summer! We'll be playing a lot of shows with The Shyann Quartet in support of ‘Into The Ground’, including appearances at the Irie Music Festival, the Oakville Jazz Festival and a bunch of other places...

‘INTO THE GROUND’ released today
Shyann’s debut album ‘Into The Ground’ is officially out!
After 3 years of working on this, the end result is definitely a labour of love. The album sounds like a melting pot of trip hop, funk, R&B and folk - though you can decide for yourself by having a sneak peak here.

I'll be producing Shobha’s upcoming album, which will be the follow-up to the successful ‘Work In Progress’.

More Film festivals for ‘Into The Ground’
The ‘making-of’ documentary for INTO THE GROUND has been selected as part of the 2012 Hamilton Film Festival. The short film shows me and Shyann in action while working on the album across different studios in Toronto.
The film will be screening on November 7 at 7pm at The Staircase Theatre, Hamilton. Click here for more info
